A new version of the AFSI Crop Composition Database (Version 10.0) was released on May 9, 2024. Version 10.0 includes all data from the previous version (9.1). Compositional data for one new tree crop, eucalyptus was added to the new version. For all the changes that were made, please refer to the Summary of Version Updates. Data points for few fatty acids (including 16:1 Palmitoleic, 17:0 Heptadecanoic, 18:0 Stearic, 18:3 Linolenic, 20:0 Arachidic, 20:1 Eicosenoic, and 22:0 Behenic) and vitamins (including Alpha-Tocopherol and Beta-Carotene) from some Field corn grain samples were not being converted into all units of measure correctly. This issue was addressed on August 14, 2024. Following this, the maximum and mean values for the aforementioned analytes have changed.
